Pool Pals’ Opening Service Includes:

• Removal and cleaning of winter cover
• Setting up the whole system for operation
• Chemistry of the water
• A vacuuming will be done by request from the owner.
  Charges based on the degree of debris.
• Basically, Pool Pals will take care of the entire opening, the initial cleaning, and the chemistry of the water. You will not have to do a thing.

Pool Pals’ Closing Service Includes:

• Blowing the entire system out (winterizing the lines) plus anti-freeze in the skimmer
• A thorough last cleaning of the filter. D.E. (diatomaceous earth) grids and cartridge filters are cleaned by hand. Sand filters are cleaned by an extra long backwash.
• A thorough last cleaning removing every last piece of debris out of the water ensuring an easier opening the following year (this will be included in the closing fee if the pool is closed before September 21st).
• Water lowered to a safe level
• Chemicals added in: Shock, Algaecide and Metal + Scale
• Cover put on and secured for the winter ahead
• Basically, Pool Pals will take care of the entire closing (winterization), the last cleaning, and the chemistry of the water. Again, you will not have to worry about a thing.
